Accurate Alignment

A watchman is expected to be in charge of activities that influence the smooth progressive move of God’s Kingdom on the earth. They should blow the alarm in time of threats and inform the people how to handle the crisis advancing towards them.

The watchman plays an important role in exposing, diverting, or destroying the enemy’s plan. He is not to use his gift to authenticate or merchandise his position. Some are in the habit of boasting of revelations that God has revealed to them, instead of praying to abort it, they use it as proof that God has called them. The watchman must submit totally to the will and pleasure of God. 

God is bringing us into a new season of preparation to get rid of inadequacy and inefficiency in our watchman assignment. There are many damage control and fire service watchman and intercessors. There is a call from heaven to leave this arena of operation and move to a functional position in our watchman assignment. To do so, we need to develop these three qualities in our watchman routine. It is matured functional watchmen who can carry out these three actions, so there is a demand from heaven to rise and have these built-in our lives.

As watchmen, we should adopt a new posture in this season to be able to guide what God is going to entrust us with. The watchman should position to discover and uncover as Habakkuk did. Hab. 2:1-2. He came into a state of readiness, receptivity, and alignment with God’s current posture. Hab. 1:2-4, 5-11.

God is looking for a man, a people, a generation who will take the right posture for the season. That posture is God’s desired position for the watchman, which is calibrated by revelation. Habakkuk took that position in Habakkuk 2:1-2

A mature watchman rises to the demands of the kingdom on the earth. They are alert to his prophetic trend (What is God saying) and to his apostolic trend (What is God doing). This can be achieved from years of training in transitioning with God’s kairos.

The First Posture.

When the Word of the Lord is released; the first action the watchman takes is to accurately align with God’s proclaimed intent. Our alignment represents our position taken in the spirit as we move into his will and purpose for that moment or the future event. It becomes a heart position and posture.

Our alignment with God’s demands describes our perceptivity and our timely ability to stay connected and follow his instructions until what is carried is delivered. When we become functional in this capacity, it empowers us to become alert and we can move into the next watchman function.

When God releases his prophetic intent, his watchmen perceive it and become the human activators as they move into the instructions in Isaiah 62:1, 6,7

I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest.

For Zion’s sake, I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem’s sake I will not remain quiet, till her vindication shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch.

The Second Posture is to “Make Mention“

The watchman is instructed to make mention of the Lord; it is an active and persistent activity.  ” Make Mention” is the Hebrew word “Zakar”, it means to write down, bring strength to the mind, record, and keep constantly in mind to remember. Because of the watchman’s alignment, they can remain focused and retain what is in their spirit. At this point he trusts our ability to hold our position, so he sets us on the walls of our assigned territories or spheres of influence. He expects us to be vigilant and persistent. The watchman must watch and cry out to God and remind him of his promises Isaiah 62:1 until it comes into manifestation.

This is not a casual activity to take lightly. This is a position that is taken amid strong demonic opposition, affliction, and contradictions of God’s promises. Amid the increased darkness, we are expected to be persistent and determined. As we align with the Holy Spirit, we should persistently make mention of the Lord and give him no rest until he births his divine purpose in due season.

When we develop our capacity in the accurate Alignment function, we grow into the second function. 

The Third posture is Consistency and Persistency.

To function in the third posture we need to operate in the realm of consistency and persistency. There are spiritual realities that will challenge our watchman’s position in God. He gave us an example of Elijah in James5:17,18. Elijah was just like us, with personal and prevailing social, economic, moral, and spiritual issues, but he overcame them because he aligned with the Lord and his Word. He earnestly prayed in a system that was heavily involved with sorcery, institutionalized demon worship,  like our time, and controlled by demonic leaders who cast a spell of stupor upon the people. Elijah’s experience caused him to resolve in his heart that he would prevail. He guided the whole encounter on the Mount and decided the final outcome.

We are called to do likewise. The watchman is responsible to guide the revealed spiritual activities of God on the earth. This watchman quality comes with a sensor responsibility to take care of and watch. We see from Genesis 2:15 that God expects us to guide the spiritual activities on the earth. When God was shifting destinies in Israel; Elijah was positioned to make it happen. 

Watchman is commissioned with a purpose, “give him no rest until…”. We are guiding what has been proclaimed. The Watchmen must watch prevailing and unfolding events, discern unfolding prophetic decrees, promises, instructions, etc., and demand open manifestation of God’s intent. These revealed activities of God must be consistently followed to its fulfillment.

I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest. There is a demand on the watchman to persistently cry to the Lord. Amid opposition, we will not hold our peace nor give ourselves rest because we have seen and have heard and we are instructed to hold on until it manifests.

We see this dimension in the life of Daniel when he discovered from prophecies that Israel has served her term in captivity, and the fullness of time has come to return to Jerusalem. We also see this dimension in the life of the Apostles in Acts 2:1, 16-18. The Apostles were Watchmen and they guided the spiritual significance of their time. They were able to bring into an open manifestation of what was spoken by the prophet Joel in Joel 2: 28-29

We are required to develop these three abilities as watchman. There are prophetic proclamations that are stagnated in the realm waiting for the persistent cry of the watchman, waiting for them to guide the process to avoid abortion or premature death. 

Are we ready to go through the process and take up the assignment?

Are we prepared to make the sacrifice to acquire these qualities?

Breaking Out of Territorial Confinement.

The Lord is raising his Reformation Generation and is building them into territorial occupants in their spheres of influence. He is training them to rule in the midst of their enemies.
This is a movement that is drawing us towards God. He is writing his constitution on our hearts and minds and is emphasizing an inward journey of the heart towards a stronger position in him. It should be a desire in us to become firmly established in the faith to avoid wavering amidst the earth’s increasing darkness. Colossians 2:5-9
This is a Reformation season in which God is making straight the inner structure of the church that has become crooked and distorted. He is carrying on structural adjustments to the distortions that have occurred in the Body of Christ.

A deep inner structuring of the Church mentality, understanding, behavior, attitude, and perception is taking place within the Reformation Generation.
The Church represents God to the world. She is a banner that will attract the nations to Christ and not to religion. He breaking them out of a religious system that has kept people in bondage. He is bringing his people back to himself into a relationship and not a religion. Isaiah 52:8-15
The Reformation Generation is being prepared to function in their spheres of influence and assigned territories.
If you want change from the regular church and religious activities you must discern the present season that is putting a demand on you to develop your breakthrough capacity to break out of your territorial confinement.
I am highlighting some issues below that need our attention and need to be worked on in this journey.
Recognize deficiencies in our assigned territories

Engage our territories by dealing with issues in our lives, our relationship, our emotions, family issues, our relationship with Christ etc.
Recognize the flood, and identify it. There are repetitious negative things that occurs at regular intervals in our lives, the humiliation, dishonor, hardship, poverty, disgrace, spiritual attacks, failures, setbacks, conforming to the norms etc.
Guide against reinforcement of spiritual issues in your territories.
Deal with relationship issues. Redefine your associates. Recognize that some people are portal, doorway to evil, some are handlers assigned to monitor you and to make sure your life efforts are frustrated.
Purpose in your heart to move towards maturity in Christ. Check your heart position, you must resolve in your heart that your spoken words must match the intent of your heart. Psalms 84:3-6
Daniel broke out of his territorial confinement by interacting with heaven. In the midst of a hostile environment, Daniel maintained his connection with God. Daniel 6:10. To break out of our territorial confinement we have to move outside our comfort zone and develop a kingdom perspective. Breaking out has nothing to do with your comfort or ease. It is in the midst of the crisis, God will put a demand on you to adjust to his will and purpose.
The core of our breaking out is our process in God. It is a season of building capacity to rule in the midst of the enemy and be able to represent Christ amid the earth crisis.

My Commitment to God

Build my inner core Lord, and let the structure of my heart have mass, strength, and consistency. Remove every spirit of complacency that wants to weaken my core.

I say no, I will not break down under my trials, afflictions, difficulties, the threat of death, sickness, economic hardship, marital issues, etc. I say to my challenges you will not shape me. I refuse to walk outside God’s blueprint and purpose for me in this season.

I must learn to discern your times and seasons, Lord, to shift when it is time to shift. I am commanded to arise and take responsibility and apply the values and principles of the kingdom, so that blame will not be shifted. Your Word will be upheld in my heart so that I can walk in the spirit of expectancy. With your help, I will not frustrate your grace but function in a vigilant and enduring spirit as your child and watchman.

By your grace, I will operate in the powerful accuracy and confidence that come from knowing my purpose of existence in you. Yes, I see and feel my pain, but I also see the vast field of the harvest waiting for my rising, so I commit myself to your process. I will bear the yoke Lord, and arise to the demand of your spirit.

The Prophetic: Our Framework

Prophets are declaring there is a new day, a new season in the Nations and the Church. People are picking up the sound of change, but there are too many sounds flooding from different directions; these sounds are vague. The NIV puts it this way, “Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction.” The ESV version says “Where there is no prophetic vision the people cast off restraint, but blessed is he who keeps the law.” It is difficult to navigate a new season without a clear picture or vision of where you are expected to go. Without a clear plan: without a vision, people are doomed to wander aimlessly. The Lord has taught me over the years to track every prophetic word I received because it is the pointer I need to follow, and the building blocks that God uses to build my life and ministry.

There have been several prophetic words that I received over the years, but I want to highlight what I received in 2005 which were series of instructions received for the Church to get ready for the challenges and her assignment. 2005 the Lord said there was a shifting and shaping of nations to their prophetic destiny; every nation has a redemptive purpose.

Neither is worshiped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: Acts 17: 25-27 (KJV)

2013 He said 2014 -2024 is The Decade of Preparing Laborers for the Harvest. I believe God was looking into now with the high rise of open satanic opposition. He wanted the Church prepare to take strategic position to influence the direction the nations should go. Four more years remain for this mandate period to expire. There were some specifics he gave me for the church in my nation, sad to say; it has not been heeded. But we are still trumpeting the mind of God. These periods are highlighted by the Lord for the Church to prepare, but many churches are not paying attention; years of preparation have been wasted. It was because of the neglect and delay the Lord give the instruction for his people to take the responsibility and become custodians to set the pace; He may be speaking the same to you now, he is looking for custodians who will watch over the prophetic words until it come to pass; like Daniel, Simon, and Elizabeth. 2016 the Lord told me 2017-2022 is the year of Setting the Pace toward 3032. I will not go much into this, because this was given to the Church in my nation, but I believe the instructions apply to the Body of Christ worldwide. In this five year period, 2017-2022 we are to build structures to facilitate our assignments and mandate from God. It will be a time of the Nehemiah Dimension: a time of War and a time of Building; one hand on the weapon, the other on the building tool. He is building His Church for the darker days ahead.

2020 will not be the year of personal gain or reaping, it may occur in some areas of your life, but that is not the emphasis. 2020 is the year of shifting and preparation. The past seasons, we have been at the receiving end and the season of Prophetic declaration; it is time to shift from just prophesying to Apostolic building. This is a new season, in which he is planting more seeds for the future harvest. This is a season of expansion of our territories that have become narrow because of the excess accumulated along our journey.

Seasons of transition is a period of frustration, fear, uncertainty and confusion; due to the difficulties encounter during times of change. It is also a lonely time, a time of isolation. God is restructuring and calibrating us; he is pruning, and pruning is painful. He is refreshing the dead, dry, forgotten places into a fertile place, so that, that which is sowed, will spring up. “For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.” Isaiah 61:11 Only what is planted will spring up.That is what he is doing now. We are on a journey to a new place in God.

There are other prophetic emphasis, but I want to focus on what I received and believe it is relevant for the watchman development in this season and their future assignments.

Before God does anything, He gives us a picture of his future operation through His prophetic word. “Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. Isaiah 42:9 (KJV). The Lord wants us to understand his operation in every new season, because it helps us to migrate to that new position in Him. Our prophetic sight and understanding becomes that driving force in our pursuit of God’s purpose. God’s prophetic declaration enables us to respond more positively to changing circumstances, and it provide needed resources to shape our personality and behavior to match the demand of the time. From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it. Matthew 11:12 (NIV) In every new season we must take up the characteristic of the Kingdom that is manifested. We have seem this happen throughout Church history with Heroes of Faith.

The prophetic word becomes the framework from which we must operate, it is also the shaping tool of our new paradigm. God’s revealed prophetic vision of the future becomes the standard for the new season, it brings us into alignment with his plan and purpose. He is aligning and resetting as some prophets are saying and I agree with them, but I also believe he is calibrating because this is a New Reformation season where the Spirit of God is bringing things back into the right shape. In every new season God raise the standards, and to match up to that standard, we must go through a period of calibration to meet the standard. God has release The New Reformation for a complete structural change in our ministry approach, watchman ministry, mentality, church and ministry structures, our lives, businesses, etc. There is a strong emphasis on internal structural change. “No one tears a piece out of a new garment to patch an old one. Otherwise, they will have torn the new garment, and the patch from the new will not match the old. And no one pours new wine into old wine skins. Otherwise, the new wine will burst the skins; the wine will run out and the wine skins will be ruined. No, new wine must be poured into new wine skins. And no one after drinking old wine wants the new, for they say, ‘The old is better”. Luke 5: 36-39

The Watchman Alignment

The prophetic word, in a new day, defines the context of operation and the prayer focus. God has positioned us as His watchmen, we should watch at the window of opportunities to discern when God ushers in a new Kairos to sound the trumpet for others to shift. As watchmen, we must make the adjustment to align our prayer focus and emphasis with his declare prophetic agenda. Many prophets have received the prophetic word for this season, but the full details are being kept to write a book before releasing it to the body of Christ. This is one thing I have observed over the years that have resulted in us losing the prayer movement. Ministers have preyed on the itching ears syndrome and have peddled the word unconsciously through their books. Many are out there thirsty and crying to God for change, waiting to be activated by the cry of the watchman. “Earnestly I seek You; my soul thirsts for You. My body yearns for You in a dry and weary land without water.” Psalms 63:1 Where are the Watchmen who have the Word for this Hour?

We need a Word from the Lord

God is preparing us in this season to partner with Him. In every kairos, there are set events that must be completed to bring the kairos to a successful end. It then become our responsibility to understand God’s kairos and know what are those things He wants established. There are issues in this kairos the Lord will deal with; he is bringing total reformation to the prayer movement. A massive number of believers will be activated in this movement. He is also maturing the watch, raising territorial occupants, strengthening the networking of watchmen, prophets, apostles and intercessor; He wants his Prayer Army to set the pace and bring order within the prayer arena, carry out governmental prayer and establish God authority in their assigned territories. He gave these instructions before, but the Church missed it.

In this new season, the Lord is aligning our prayer actions to his proclaimed eternal agenda. “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:9-10 God’s purpose come to pass, when we come in agreement with his will. He is demanding his watchman who make mention of Him, not to keep silent. The word “make mention” is the Hebrew word “Zakar”; It means to mention, keep in remembrance, recount, think on, record: so as not to forget or to mark: so as to be recognized, keep constantly in mind, call in remembrance. These are the activities he is developing in his watchmen in this new season. As we agree with Him and bring to his remembrance in our consistent and persistent activities of making mention in the midst of the battle, we create platforms upon which God invades the earth to accomplish his eternal purpose.

The Lord Almighty has sworn,

“Surely, as I have planned, so it will be,
and as I have purposed, so it will happen.
 I will crush the Assyrian in my land;
on my mountains I will trample him down.
His yoke will be taken from my people,
and his burden removed from their shoulders.”

This is the plan determined for the whole world;
this is the hand stretched out over all nations.

For the Lord Almighty has purposed, and who can thwart him? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back? Isaiah 14:24-27

The Lord is putting a demand on us to develop our watchman capacity, especially in the “Zakar” activities.” Be informed, research to develop yourself, pray for greater discernment to track the Spirit of God’s activities so you can sound a clear alarm, seek to know the mind of God concerning times and seasons and the now prophetic word, because it become your framework of operation and defines your context. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you your assigned territories and identify your company. These are possible when there is a clear sound from Heaven. May the Lord give you access to His Now word so you’ll come into activation in this New Reformation season.

We need to migrate to new levels in him. It is my prayer that you are ready for this new journey in God. I declare God’s speed in your life.

The Watchman Command: Prepare for the Marching Order

God is bringing his watchman into a broad place of operation, and is carrying on restructuring and is dealing with internal deficiencies. Limited vision that have been caused by the many battles and challenges is being removed. God is enlisting his prayer into a boot camp for a time of training and preparation. The warfare is becoming more intense on the terrestrial levels. Portals are being opened to allow higher demonic entities into our realm. The battle has shifted and terrestrial warfare is becoming more pronounced. “You can’t chase kings until you have defeated princes.” Dr. Noel Woodroffe CWBN. We must be processed to become equipped for this warfare.

With this major shift that has taken place within the prayer arena, there is a clarion call to shift and move in the direction God is calling us. The warfare has gone to another level for us, I say for us because this warfare has been in existence but not profoundly expose as it has been in the last few months. Many of us are not prepared for it, some are unaware of it, some have suffered casualties and have been summoned for a tactical retreat.

The purpose of the Boot-camp is to build and restructure his prayer army into mature watchmen, seers, intercessors, prophets, and apostles and to develop their capacity to travail and give birth to God’s purpose. During this season, our commander is teaching us principles of alignment and is developing in us the abilities to recognize and submit to authority, keep rank and ordered. He is redefining and giving specific assignments to his army. Many of our old generals are getting tired and are ready for retirement, some are gone out of alignment and are no more accurate, some have moved to the 2 Corinthian 10: 12 realms. God is raising prophetic and apostolic leaders among the nobody that has been hidden. Many of you will be called to leadership so get ready.

If we are going to move with God, we must deal with serious moral and emotional issues that have held some of us down in the past season; when the prince of this world comes he must find nothing in us. He is teaching us how to handle the battle with our spiritual strength in him and not out of our emotion. It is important to do a critical evaluation of our lives, to discover the deficiencies that have caused us to become ineffective in our watchman assignments. The drastic changes in the last few years have left us staggering on making the necessary adjustments; it has left us with no maturity, no capacity, no clear perception of the future, and no understanding of times and seasons. Many challenges have consumed and overwhelmed us, this has resulted in the lack of ability to function accurately according to God’s order. There is lost of strength, because of the constant warfare. The enemy has worn us out and has caused damage to our gates and walls (our sphere of authority, our access point of God’s purpose and revelation, stronghold position), it has left us struggling with some serious emotional issues which have made us unfit for the battle.

This is the season to restructure and recondition our walls and gates. We must regain our stronghold, our places of strength and power. In every new season, the Lord released the needed resources to beautify our lives. He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God makes from the beginning to the end. Ecclesiastes 3:11 Let us take advantage of this, and be willing to pay the price to regain lost territories. He is looking for people that are hungry and want to grow in him; he is ready to pour out his power upon them, but he needs a clean vessel. He is removing excess baggage of hurts, anxiety, inability to forgive, rejection, grief, depression, shame, worries, distractions, accumulate along our journey.  Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us. Hebrew 12:1 During this period he wants us to deal with inner deficiencies and put our house in order.

 A several major things are taking place in this booth camp season. Remember every time you come into a new season; God invalidates the old, it is no longer functional because it cannot carry the new. And he spake also a parable unto them; No man put a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new make a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agree not with the old.And no man put new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish.But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved. No man also having drunk old wine straightway desire new: for he saith, The old is better. Luke 5:36-39 I have seen this in my life on many occasions. Whenever the Lord is about to take me into a new season, I become dysfunctional. It is an empty listless experience where you don’t feel his presence, there is this nagging in your spirit you can’t put your finger on. He is saying it is time to shift for a new journey in him; where you are has become narrow, he is no longer there, move to new levels in him.

One of the major factors God is dealing with is the unifying theme that will connect his army across the globe. Over the years, God’s army has lost its integration, collaboration, and unified movement. What have been the unifying factors over the years that define our corporate journey? Our journey has become broken and fragmented because those that led the prayer movement over the years have gone on to other ministry focus; no generational connection was established with the same momentum or intensity, before moving on to their next assignment. We have no unifying factor or thematic connection within God’s present seasonal context. We lost track of our prayer journey and there is no coherency. What is the voice of God declaring as our central theme? That central theme should be clear to us as his army, it becomes our battle cry, our standard and mandate, it will keep us intact and cohesive on the battlefield.

He is broadening our understanding of warfare, to bring us into a broader place of functionality. The issue of the warfare is governmental dominion. This was a mandate given in Genesis 1:28. Our realm of authority is laid out in Genesis 1:28b. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that move upon the earth. One of the factors he is dealing with is our understanding of the spheres of operation and control. Many did not understand the principles in this realm in past battles, they were afflicted with a lot of casualties. He is building his governmental structures, values, and principles in us so we are empowered to exercise our governmental influence and authority within our sphere. Everything we do must fall within the scope of our delegated authority; this is a very important factor we should keep focus.

It is a new day. He is giving us new design and is restructuring us for higher assignments. Our effectiveness as watchmen comes from the fresh word we receive from the Lord. I heard him saying; he is building a CORE of his Prayer Army who will receive the design to build his army. He is raising new Apostolic and Prophetic leaders in the prayer arena.  It is time to position yourself and gather resources from the Lord, you could be one of the CORE

The Watchman Heart Cry

Lord bring me to that place of deep understanding with correct and clear perception as it relates to your present context of operation of your watchmen.

What is your context of my watchman operation? Help me identify my assigned territory and how to watch with vigilant and discernment. Teach me how to engage this realm, to gain more territories in my understanding and how to work accurately in my assigned sphere.

Show me the wall you have placed me to stand, watch, declare, alert, decree, announce, analyse, etc.? Teach me how to assess the prevailing condition of my wall; that I will be in readiness to prevent invasion of my territory.

Watchman Wall

Activate the inner dynamics of discerning times and seasons that I wouldn’t be cut off from my assignment. Oh Lord activate me in this new territory of my watchman assignment. Order my steps on the right path to learn new skills in this season. Increase my watchman anointing and understanding to engage each battle with new strength and grace.

We go through different challenges and spiritual battles every day of our lives to prepare us. Know that there are Schools of the Holy Spirit that we need to enroll in at different seasons of our lives When we do not understand migration and transition from one spiritual season to another, we are like zombies or robots in the spirit, controlled by circumstances and situations. At the end of a season or process, we struggle with spiritual dryness, bringing us to a place of wondering, why this is happening; after all the studies and meditation in the word, the fasting, and praying. In times like these, we experience confusing dreams of walking with others, and all of a sudden we are left behind; entering classrooms, either in a class that has been completed or in a higher class preparing to take a test or an exam. When the result is given, it is either failed, conditioned, or passed. Sometimes in our dreams, we see ourselves struggling to climb with difficulties and most times not succeeding. We also encounter broken bridges, large bodies of water with no means of crossing, crossing large muddy swarms, and are not able to reach where we are going. In trying to find a solution, we seek help through counseling, deliverance sessions, prayer, etc., but to no avail. It even intensifies because the mean issue is not dealt with. Why do we have such experiences?

KNOW YOUR INTERNAL WEAKNESSES

These are situations and dreams of setbacks and non-achievements that occur at different intervals of our migration or transition periods, which clearly shows our position as it relates to our inabilities to track God in certain seasons of our lives, it also shows our immaturity and indiscipline in managing his building process and transitions. Our orientation toward demonic activities in the past has emphasized the enemy’s work against us; of course, we are not ignorant of his devices, but this has hindered us from seeing our spiritual and emotional weaknesses. The outcome has been our constant failure to overcome a particular struggle in our emotional and spiritual journey with God. We always shift blame and do not deal with the real problems, which are, our inability to deal with internal weaknesses; lack of discipline, persistency, and consistency to prevail over emotional and demonic issues, and the lack of strength, understanding, and internal ability to bring to completion the events and activities of the kairos that God has released to accomplish his purpose in us.

TRACKING YOUR MOVEMENT

Many times when an assignment or process is completed, you find yourself at a standstill. You know you have to move on but you are going in circles. Many times I have gone through this. There were times when I woke up in the morning, I feel so listless and disconnected from my surrounding, and my mind would be blank; not knowing where to start my day, even if I have plans for that day. During such times, I wouldn’t have the strength to pray or read the word, I would be in a complete state of confusion. If I did not deal with it in prayer, the day will pass without me accomplishing anything.

Sometimes this goes on for hours, days, weeks and even months depending on the gravity of the spiritual state I, am in. When you are in such a state, you must determine to break loose from this. Demonic cycles are programmed against us, repeating certain challenges in our lives at certain times of the day, month, year, within certain activities, situations, etc., to make us feel we are going nowhere and to also hinder our progress in God. Know that they manifest in different ways in your soul, your body, spirit, etc. depending on the situation in one’s life, some manifest as health and financial challenges, constant failures in your endeavors, and relationships, whilst others are sailing in theirs. It manifests itself as rejections, misinterpretation, accusations, depression, oppression, etc.; these are all signs that you need to develop your spiritual capacity sometimes

When you are going through these crises, learn to track your movement in God. How is your prayer life, is it growing, and do you have a healthy relationship with Jesus and others? Are you conscious of your development in God and is aware of changes taking place? Check your soul, is it healthy (3 John 2). How are you dealing with issues like anger, forgiveness, bitterness, frustration, resentment, unfulfillment that comes from national crisis, alarming world events, family issues, relationship, work, and business challenges?

SEEK GOD

If we must experience growth, there is a need to put a demand on the world to know him more. “Pay close attention to what you hear. The closer you listen, the more understanding you will be given–and you will receive even more.” (Mark 4:24 NLT) “Consider carefully what you hear,” he continued. “With the measure you use, it will be measured to you–and even more.” (Mark 4:24 NIV) The more effort we put into seeking to understand spiritual truth, the more spiritual truth will be revealed to us. If you give him a cup of yourself, that is how much he will pour in, if you give him a larger portion of yourself that is how much he will pour in. “With the measure you use, it will be measured to you–and even more.” God rewards those who earnestly seek him (Hebrews 11:6); you do not have to be a theologian, but the spirit of God in you will teach you if you desire it. Learn to manage your process amid the difficulties you go through, to avoid laxness or disconnection in what the Lord is doing in your life. I know it is difficult because I have been there, my confession and faith in his word and promises have kept me going. “Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again–my Savior and my God!” (Psalms 43:5 NLT) There were times the Lord was hard on me and there were times he was gentle. He will always create the environment for you to grow in knowledge and in how to deal with spiritual and physical challenges. You are warned to be alert and sober. Many things that oppose the work of God in us, “make us strong”.

Many times I did not understand God’s process in my life, I would spend days crying with deep depression, no matter how much I cry or felt sorry for myself, It did not change the situation. If it did, it was only for a short time, then the same thing would repeat itself, until one day I heard the voice of God in my inner man saying, “stop wasting your birth pain”. During times like these, you need a Rhema word from the Lord. It was during such time when my confession of the word grew and became strong, especially when I was threatened by constant afflictions and death. It is a process you have to become conscious of to partake in.

SUPPLEMENT YOUR FAITH

The Lord needs your corporation, he said, “He will never leave us, nor forsake us” there are some things he wouldn’t do for you because he expects you to apply his word. He is crafting you into his vessel of honor and his weapon of war. It is time to break those demonic circles by consciously engaging your process in God, it will enable you to develop the capacity you need to fulfill your purpose in your season and transit into your next assignment, season, or process. To break forth, keep God’s prophetic word focused amid discouragement, hurts, anger, pain, rejection, confusion, etc., and hold on to his promises even when you are doubtful and fear what the future holds.

By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself through his marvelous glory and excellence.  And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.

 Because of all this, make every effort to respond to God’s promises. Supplement your faith with a generous provision of moral excellence, and moral excellence with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with patient endurance, and patient endurance with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love for everyone.

The more you grow like this, the more productive and useful you will be in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But those who fail to develop in this way are shortsighted or blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their old sins. II Peter 1:3-9 NLT

Resolve in your heart to never give up, note vs. 8, “The more you grow like this, the more productive and useful you will be in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ”, see your challenges as one of the ways God is developing your inner capacity. Supplement your faith, vs. 5 that is, add layers upon layers of godly principles and values. “But those who fail to develop in this way are shortsighted or blind” (2 Peters 1:9). Your trials come to make you strong and mature. (James 1:2-4) Hold on to the confession of your testimony. “His strength is made perfect in our weakness and his grace is sufficient for us.” II cor. 12:9

It is my prayer that we move from that place of self-seeking prayer to that place of engaging our process to understand the mind of God for us. We should not be distracted by the pain and forget the child (vision, purpose, destiny), the pain is all a part of the process. 

We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies.

Yes, we live in constant danger of death because we serve Jesus so that the life of Jesus will be evident in our dying bodies. So we live in the face of death, but this has resulted in eternal life for you. That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are renewed every day. For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. The things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.

Watch Out That No One Deceives You

The Beginning of birth Pain

DARKNESS IS INCREASING IN THE EARTH, LAWLESSNESS IS ON THE RISE AS THE BIBLE PREDICTED. THE SPIRIT OF DECEPTION IS GETTING RAMPANT. BE ALERT AND STAND ON THE TRUTH OF GOD’S WORDS.

Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many.You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.

“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death,and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:4-14

THE MAN OF LAWLESSNESS

Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us—whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter—asserting that the day of the Lord has already come. Don’t let anyone deceive you  in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

Don’t you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things?And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming.The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

STAND FIRM

But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters loved by the Lord, because God chose you as first fruits to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth. He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

So then, brothers and sisters, stand firm and hold fast to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter.

May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope,encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-17

In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge:Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry. 2 Timothy 4:1-5

Elevated Sight

Habakkuk found himself in the midst of a crisis that limited his vision. He cried for God’s intervention in the prevailing circumstances of violence, injustice and contention.

The Lord told him, look among the nations, see the bigger picture, come out of your limited vision that the circumstances shaped for you.

 

We are required by the Lord to possess a global vision. To see clearly the sovereign working of God in the earth, we must have an elevated and expanded vision to see accurately into God’s plan. We can not confined God to our immediate environment and personal problems. To possess a global vision, we must come out off our limited perception and break all vision boundaries.

Habakkuk 2: 1

“I will stand at my watch
    and station myself on the ramparts;
I will look to see what he will say to me,
    and what answer I am to give to this complaint.”

This was not a casual posture that Habakkuk took, it was purposefully and consciously engaged. If we want to access what God is doing in the earth, we need a renovated vision like Habakkuk. It can not be achieved by our personal preferences or perception. It is initiated and orchestrated by God. What ever God wants to do, it takes place outside our borders and understanding. It operates outside our control. There must be a strong desire to move with God into that arena of his activities.

Ephesians 1:9-11

And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ,  to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.

 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will.

We should ask our Lord for deeper understanding of his plan for our lives. We see from the Lord’s response in Habakkuk 2:2 and what is in Ephesians 1: 9-11; there are great events God has planned to occur in the earth and they have their divine appointed time to happen. We can only access God’s current time if we have understanding of his purpose for us and insight of his prophetic timing.

Prophetic understanding comes when we go to our God the Initiator of world events and allow him to teach us to understand the rhythm of the Spirit. We take our stand by spending quality time in his presence; reading, praying and studying. The vision of God’s progressive move will be revealed and then we will come to that place of elevated sight..

Amos 3:7

Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he reveal his secret unto his servants the prophets.

We are the generation that is appointed to break the seal. God wants us to have access to his end time plans. He is waiting for us to take our stand upon our watch.

Our activities and functionalities as God’s watchman depends on how accurate is our posture; which is calibrated from  understanding of what has been received from God’s throne room.
